Pre-Reservation Conditions: A $250 refundable deposit is due at time of the pre-reservation commitment. That deposit is applied towards the final balance. After September 1, travelers are required to either confirm their reservation, or cancel. Should they cancel, a refund will be issued within 2 weeks. Should they confirm, an additional $250/pers. will be requested to make up the total $500/pers. deposit required on this tour. |

| Once your reservation has been completed, the $500 deposit becomes non refundable for any cancellation occurring up to 90 days prior to departure. Final balance is due 90 days prior to departure (or January 24, 2009). Cancellations received between 90 days and 61 days will be penalized 50% of the total cost of the trip. Cancellations received under 60 days will be penalized in full. |
